Join Plus Gallery this friday evening to view William Betts
"Remote Sensing" during extended hours till 8pm for First
Friday. In recognition of the artist's first museum exhibition in
Germany opening this night and his significant contributions to
painting in contemporary art, Plus Gallery owner Ivar Zeile will
present an in-depth discussion on William's work starting at 6:30pm.
From his initial line-paintings, to the moire series, to his extremely
expansive surveillance series as well as the simply stunning
back-drilled mirror paintings, Betts has created one of the most
singular and distinguished bodies of work for an emerging artist of
less than ten-years of exhibition experience. Come hear Ivar's
insight on the impressive, extensive nature of William and his career
this evening.
