No. 2: CREATE DENVER OPENS NEW ARTIST RESIDENCY PROJECT FEATURING PLUS GALLERY ARTIST DONALD FODNESS

Join Create Denver this Friday at the McNichols Civic Center Building from 6-8pm for the opening reception of Create Denver's (RESIDENCY): PROCESS TO CONSUMPTION project and exhibition. They will be joined that evening by Sam Samuel Benjamin Pike from "The Forum: Stories That Create" who will becollecting stories from attendees and the artists in the project, including Lu Cong,  Jared David Paul Anderson, Laura Shill, Homare Ikeda,  Amber Cobb, Ravi Zupa, Michael MJ Dowling, Pangloss Gravitron and Plus Gallery's Donald Fodness.

The project provides these Denver-based artists with limited studio time on the third floor of the McNichols Building and 24 "vessels" to create their original works. Friday's opening will challenge both the artist and audience by providing the public a rare opportunity to share in dialog before the work is made over a two month period, leading to the final exhibition, July 11 - 27th.

And stop by Plus Gallery to check out Donald's latest drawing, "Nothin' but Blue Skies do I See; Nothin' But Blue Skies Protected by ADT"
