BILL AMUDNSON WORKS TO GO ON VIEW IN DALLAS AND FORT COLLINS

Dallas' Red Arrow Galleries is brave enough to open the exhibition "Side Show" this Saturday, August 4th, featuring none other than an assortment of small-scale, texas themed works by Plus Gallery artist Bill Amundson.
Artists George Zupp and Clay McClure join Bill Amundson to display their own unique worlds where everything is a free-for-all and nothing is out of the realm of possibilities. Whether the social landscape of Dallas is being critiqued for its unforgiving nature or antique furniture has become anthropomorphized to represent the human condition, these artists share an interest in fantasy while pushing the boundaries of respectability.  And of course, any chance for a new audience to discover Amundson's talent is one to be relished.

Bill also shares his recent classics "Richard Fuld - American Dickhead" and "Stump with the Head of Jamie Dimon (American Dickhead IV)" with the Fort Collins scene this summer in the exhibition "Our Visual History" at the Curfman Art Gallery in the Lory Student Center on the CSU campus.  The exhibition, designed by Jack Curfman and highlighting five decades of art exhibitions, opens to the public on August 23rd with a reception from 6-8pm.
